• Marriage profile information such as values, preferences, family context, readiness reflections, photos, and matchmaker notes.
• Verification information such as selected ID type, uploaded verification document path, and confirmation status.
• Introduction, decision, chat, report, block, and safety information generated while using VowSetu.
• Membership or customer access information related to the broader coaching or membership ecosystem when it is needed to confirm eligibility for VowSetu access.

How We Use Information

• To review applications and support coach-verified, matchmaker-led introductions.
• To protect the privacy and safety of members, including verification, moderation, reports, and block or end flows.
• To operate account access, support, eligible member access, safety review, and product reliability.
• To assist matchmakers with compatibility and readiness signals. AI may assist the matchmaker, but it does not replace human review.

What Other Members See

Members do not browse the full member base. A member sees only matchmaker-curated introductions, and only the profile details intended for that introduction. Contact details, KYC documents, private admin notes, reports from others, and internal red flags are not automatically revealed.

Sharing And Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, member access operations, analytics, support, and AI assistance. These providers should only process information needed to provide their services.

Data Retention And Deletion

We keep user data only as long as needed for account access, matchmaking operations, safety, support, legal or compliance needs, and related membership or access records. Members may contact Jasexplain@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to legal, operational, safety, and fraud-prevention requirements.

Security

We use access controls, private storage paths, signed links, and row-level data protections where appropriate. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so members should avoid sharing sensitive information in chat unless they are comfortable doing so.
