About VowSetu

VowSetu is a private, coach-verified matchmaking and introduction platform for marriage-minded adults. It is not a public browsing marketplace, casual discovery product, standalone subscription app, or guarantee of marriage or compatibility.

Eligibility And Account Access

• You must be legally able to use the service and provide accurate information.
• VowSetu is currently provided as an included member-access tool for eligible members or customers of the broader coaching or membership ecosystem.
• Access may be invite-only, membership-based, coach-approved, customer-access based, or otherwise limited by VowSetu.
• VowSetu access may be modified, paused, or removed if the related membership or customer access expires, is cancelled, is refunded, or is found to be ineligible.
• VowSetu may reject, suspend, or remove accounts for safety, fraud, misuse, false information, or policy violations.

Member Responsibilities

• Provide truthful profile, verification, and communication information.
• Use introductions and chat respectfully and lawfully.
• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scrape, automate, or attempt to access data you are not intended to see.
• Do not share another member's private information without permission.

Introductions And Matchmaker Review

Introductions are curated by matchmakers or admins. AI-assisted signals may support internal review, but members do not receive automatic AI-visible matches and no outcome is guaranteed.

Safety And Reporting

Report and block or end flows remain available where applicable. VowSetu may review reports, restrict chat, pause introductions, or take other action to protect members.

Payments And Refunds

VowSetu is not currently sold as a standalone app subscription through this website. Refunds, cancellations, renewals, and access expiry are governed by the terms communicated at the time of purchase of the relevant coaching program, membership, or service. Disclaimers And Liability

VowSetu provides curated matchmaking tools and human-supported introductions. It does not guarantee marriage, relationship outcomes, compatibility, acceptance, response, conversation, success, safety outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VowSetu and Jaskaran Singh are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for outcomes arising from member decisions, communications, meetings, or relationships.

Governing Law And Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first try to resolve concerns in good faith through the support email. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under applicable laws of India.
